Predicting NAV errors with accounting data

Though rare, there appear to be predictable conditions leading to most NAV errors. For example, more than half stem from manual workarounds not normally performed. More than a third come from the processing of derivatives. We believe systematic tracking of these conditions can lead to an improved predictive system.
