Ron is the Chief Executive Officer of OnCorps. Ron brings deep experience scaling enterprise platforms and leading transformation initiatives for the world’s largest financial institutions. Most recently, Ron served as Global Head of Transformation, Aladdin at BlackRock, where he partnered with global asset managers on modernizing front-, middle-, and back-office operations. He helped scale Aladdin at BlackRock for over 17 years. Ron holds two bachelor’s degrees: chemical engineering and economics from Lehigh University.

Bob is the Founder and Chairman of OnCorps. He has published artificial intelligence and behavioral economics articles in Harvard Business Review and the Financial Times. Prior to OnCorps, Bob was the Chief Technology Strategist at Accenture and Chief Strategy Officer for the firm's technology division. Bob was also a group president of Perot Systems, where he helped take the company public. Bob holds a master's degree, concentration in economics and quantitative analysis, from Harvard University's Kennedy School, where he was class advisor and research assistant to the 2005 Nobel Laureate in economics.

Arnav is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Revenue for OnCorps. Prior to joining OnCorps, Arnav was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for several years with high technology and software clients on growth strategy and commercial excellence initiatives. Arnav holds a bachelor's degree in quantitative economics from Tufts University.

Susan is the Chief Financial Officer of OnCorps. Prior to joining OnCorps, Susan was CFO of Veracode (acquired by CA) and MineralTree. Susan holds an MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

Rob is the Chief Product Officer of OnCorps. Prior to OnCorps, Rob led Product Management and Engineering teams at SS&C. He has also held product management positions at IBM Capital Markets, where he helped develop cognitive cloud computing offerings. Rob holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics from Cornell University and a master's in quantitative finance from Hofstra University's School of Business.

Ryan is a Senior Vice President and Head of AI at OnCorps. Prior to OnCorps, he was a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University. He was a statistical analyst for the Los Angeles Clippers, where he built predictive player performance models to assist the team during free agency. He also performed statistical analysis at Blue Cross Blue Shield and State Street. Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in statistics from Harvard University.

Lindsay is a Senior Vice President and Head of Customer Success at OnCorps. Prior to OnCorps, Lindsay was an early employee and manager for customer success and professional services at Salsify. She was also a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and Everist. Lindsay holds a master's degree in innovation from Northeastern University and a bachelor's degree in business and economics from Lafayette College.

Ken is the Chief Information Security Officer of OnCorps. Prior to OnCorps, Ken was CISO at Emburse and Chrome River Technologies. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's and Master's in mechanics and materials science from Johns Hopkins University.

Nader is Senior Vice President of Software Architecture at OnCorps. Prior to OnCorps, he was a Cloud Software Engineer for MathWorks. He also helped MathWorks with quality engineering. Nader holds a Ph.D. in nano technology engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he served on the graduate student council and several selection committees for MIT. He also holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from American University in Beirut.

Jenny is a Vice President and Head of HR at OnCorps. Prior to OnCorps, Jenny worked in HR leadership roles at FASTR and Flywire. Jenny holds a bachelor's degree in business and marketing from Providence College.
